In 2019, Besunyen implemented the requirement that the whole party and the whole society should participate in the poverty alleviation, further promoted the targeted poverty alleviation action of “10,000 enterprises helping 10,000 villages”, and provide pairing assistance for Putaokou Village, Fanjiazhuang Town, Quyang County, Hebei Province. Besunyen purchased agricultural and sideline products from poor households to expand sales channels of agricultural products; provided targeted assistance funds to families with serious illness and family with multiple students attending school. Besunyen participated in the construction of primary school buildings in the village, and contributed 300,000 Yuan to the construction of school land, roads and drinking water facilities.
