Founded in 2000, Besunyen Holdings Company Limited was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September 2010. As a leading domestic enterprise specialized in herbal functional health tea, the Group has cultivated the big health industry for over two decades, focusing on the R&D, production, full-channel sales and promotion of functional health tea and OTC pharmaceuticals.

Adhering to the philosophy of "Herbal Wellness, Functional Fine Teas", the Group has established a "One Vertical, Two Horizontal" development strategy: taking herbal wellness as the core vertical line, and horizontally expanding into two major tracks – weight management and intestinal health. Its classic products, Changrun Tea and Changjing Tea (formerly Weight Loss Tea), have laid a solid brand foundation. Later, Xianxian Tea, Qingyuan Tea and Runyuan Tea were successively launched, forming a complete portfolio of five functional teas that have long dominated the mainstream domestic market for herbal bowel-regulating and weight-loss bagged teas.

Since 2017, the Group has accelerated its layout in the pharmaceutical industry by launching Orlistat, an over-the-counter weight-loss drug, thus integrating the dual business lines of health supplements and non-prescription medicines. Meanwhile, it has expanded into healthy food categories including meal replacements and probiotics to build a diversified product matrix.

The Group’s sales channels cover offline chain pharmacies as well as new online retail platforms such as Douyin and mainstream e-commerce sites.
