Mr. Feng Bing, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, also serves as a member of the Strategic Investment Committee and Remuneration Committee. With over 30 years of experience in business operations, management, and consulting, he also once served as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he held CEO positions at Create World Real Estate Inc. in Seattle, Home Legend Inc. in Atlanta, and PowerDekor North America Inc. in Montreal, Canada. In addition,, Mr. Feng once served as Executive President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Shanghai Daya Technology Group in China, Managing Partner at Beijing Zhonghua Financial Management Consulting, and Consulting Partner at Deloitte in New York, USA. He was also an independent non-executive director of Rainbow Group New Energy Co., Ltd. (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, stock code: 0438), a standing council member of the China M&A Association. Mr. Feng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software from Northwestern Polytechnical University, a Master’s degree in Computer Architecture from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Finance from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management.
